iFOSSF Online Community Update
Dear iFOSSF Community Members,
First , I would like to thank you all for the wonderful response and feedback extended to us on the occasion of the beta launch of the iFOSSF Official Website. We have used the Drupal Content Management System framework for deploying and managing the iFOSSF Online Platform that gives us both the tools and flexibility to manage community development and relationship management with our stakeholders.
This website uses some of the most advanced and user-friendly dynamic web features that the world of FOSS has to offer today and not to forget an open and inclusive community environment for all to participate in the FOSS Movement. We believe that all human beings in this world are stakeholders of the FOSS Movement. Everyone is welcome to join the iFOSSF Online Platform so that they may showcase their ongoing efforts, new project ideas and requests including the research they have been waiting to show to the world! It is not only limited to this and they can build longterm partnerships through iFOSSF with the world.
iFOSSF will be building partnerships and facilitating such initiatives through sharing technical, managerial and financial resources to significantly increase the impact of these ideas and projects on humanity. In order to manage this process we encourage you to use the partnership contact form, secondly, we encourage all online members to switch on their contact forms from their profiles after logging in so that the iFOSSF staff can contact you as well as other members can stay in touch with each other. Remember that you are encouraged to create login IDs with full names so that we can recognise you better :o)
For all of those who have sent iFOSSF their inquiries, we are in the process of reviewing them and will be getting back soon but this doesn't mean that you should stop sending in ideas, keep new ideas rolling in and keep in touch by sharing them online right here on the iFOSSF Website so that everyone can share the Spirit of Free and Open Source Software for the betterment of humanity.
